Alaskan scenery

Since it is so unattractive up in Alaska right now I thought that I would post a picture to remind me of the beautiful summer that we just had. This is somewhere near Petersville in a far away time when it was warm and mosquitoes were in every breath you took.
Right now I believe that Alaskans are still losing 5 minutes of light every day for one more month or so and then we move back the other way and start gaining daylight back! I look forward to that day. I even look forward to the day when I consider putting tin foil over my windows because the sunlight won't go away. It beats these Alaskan winters of darkness and cold.
I really wish that I could stay a month in Mazatlan in the winters. Then I would totally never complain, ever. Stay warm everyone, Chow!
